Refund Policies:

If the product needs to be returned/exchanged due to quality issues (1. The product is obviously defective or damaged when you receive it; or 2. The delivered product does not match the ordered product due to our company's procedural errors), please do so after receiving the product 3 Contact us within the day and take clear photos of the damage to the product so that we can exchange it for you. If the order amount does not meet the free shipping criteria due to returns/exchanges, you will still enjoy free shipping without additional charges. ​

For products that meet the conditions for return/exchange, please be sure to contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt and provide the following relevant information, and we will confirm and process it for you as soon as possible.

Please keep the intact and unopened products, and if there are any gifts, product descriptions, and receipts, please also return them together. If the product deteriorates or is lost due to unpacking, poor storage, loss of temperature, etc., we will not be able to handle returns or exchanges for you. ​

What you need to know about refunds

1. Under normal circumstances, after we receive your returned goods and confirm your return application, your refund will be returned to your payment account within 15 working days.

2. The refund amount shall be subject to the actual payment amount.

3. All shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

4. Once the goods you ordered are returned or refunded, the relevant discount codes or shopping credits cannot be used again or refunded.

5. Additional purchase price, package discounts, free discounts and gifts when the purchase is completed, and free gift orders when purchasing designated products:

- When the main product is returned and only the additional items are retained, the additional items will be restored to their original price.

- For package discounts and discounts, if the event discount or amount is not reached after the return, the retained product will be restored to its original price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
