** Delivery 送貨:

(A) Pickup/Delivery Service 取貨 / 送貨服務 

Pick up the goods at the homeland tea garden shop in person. Upon receipt and receive your payment of order, we will hold the stock of item (except out of stock) within 7-14 business days, advise to you by whatsapp or email. Please pick it up during our office hours. If you want to pick up your goods on the same day, please contact our colleagues on WhatsApp +852 652 08873 before your arrival and confirm whether there is enough stock. 親身到故鄉茶園門市取貨: 收到您的訂單和付款後，我們會於7-14個工作天內預備商品（缺貨除外），以電郵或短訊通知備貨進度，請在我們的開放時間內取貨。 如欲即日取貨，或對我們的開放時間有疑問，請在出發前致電或以WhatsApp +852 6520 8873 與同事聯絡，已便查詢門市開放時間及確認是否有足夠存貨。 

 

(B) Local Hong Kong customers:

If the discounted total of your single order exceed HK$800, our company will provide free local standard delivery service. If the total discount for your single order is less than HK$800, SF Express delivery freight Collect (pay on collect). 本地香港客戶︰如閣下的單一訂單折實總額滿 HK$800，本公司將會提供免費本地標準送貨服務 (偏遠地區除外, 免運費優惠期間除外）。如閣下的單一訂單總額折實未滿HK$800，順豐速遞運費（到付）．

 

(C) Overseas customers:

We will use HK post office Speedpost (EMS) delivery services to your destination country. Extra Overseas shipping charges are calculated by weight and will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust the free shipping order amount at any time and from time to time. 海外客戶︰我們將使用香港郵政快遞 (EMS)特快專遞，額外海外運費以重量計算並於結帳時顯示。我們保留一切權利，可於任何時間及不時調整免運費訂單金額。

** 訂購須知 Order notice:

1) After filling out this order form, you will be informed of the payment via contact information. If the payment is successful, the order will be confirmed. 填妥此訂購表格後，會以電郵聯絡通知閣下付款，閣下成功付款以確認訂單。

 

2) Once the order is confirmed for payment, no cancellation, refund or change of the order will be accepted. 訂單一經付款確認後，一概不接受取消或退款或更改訂單。
