"Traditional Chinese tea-making techniques & related customs" were successfully included in the UNESCO Representative List of Human Intangible Cultural Heritage on November 29, 2022. Pu'er tea is a special type of tea from Yunnan Province in China, known for its unique flavor and health benefits. The "Pu'er Tea" workshop, a national intangible cultural heritage of traditional Chinese tea making techniques, will lead you to gain an in-depth understanding of the black tea making process and tea tasting techniques. The workshop will introduce you to the historical background of Pu'er tea and the different types of pu'er tea. Whether you are a tea lover, culture enthusiast, or someone interested in traditional Chinese culture. Activities: 1. Tea Classification of Pu'er Tea 2. Basic understanding and production process of Pu'er Tea 3. Selection of Pu'er Tea and water 4. Selection of Pu'er Tea and teaware for brewing 4.
