"Traditional Chinese tea-making techniques & related customs" were successfully included in the UNESCO Representative List of Human Intangible Cultural Heritage on November 29, 2022. "Green tea" is a traditional tea-making technique in China and is listed as a national intangible cultural heritage. There are many varieties of green tea, such as Longjing tea, Biluochun tea, Huangshan Maofeng tea, Taiping Houkui, etc. Each tea has its own unique flavor and characteristics. This technique combines the entire process of growing, picking, making and tasting tea leaves to ensure that the green tea produced is of extremely high quality and taste. This workshop will provide an interactive and practical environment, allowing you to experience first-hand the charm of traditional Chinese tea-making techniques. Activities: 1. Tea Classification of Green Tea 2. Basic understanding and production process of Green tea 3. Selection of green tea and water 4. Selection of green tea and teaware for brewing 4.
